What to expect
Five nights, two cities and one price: The Winter Magic package combines the tranquil palace landscape around Sanssouci with the grand Christmas markets of Berlin. Your public transport ticket for Potsdam and Berlin will be ready for you upon arrival – simply hop on and go.
After a day in the city, our quietly located hotel on the edge of the forest awaits: a rich breakfast in the conservatory, a parking space directly at the hotel and, on one day of your stay, the garden sauna with shower and loungers all to yourself.
The package is valid from 1 November to 18 December 2026 from Sunday to Friday and is subject to limited availability.

During which period can the winter offer be booked?
From 1 November to 18 December 2026, from Sunday to Friday in each case. The contingent is limited; we will check your preferred dates upon receipt of the enquiry.
Are trips to Berlin included in the price?
Yes. Upon arrival, you will receive a public transport ticket for Potsdam and Berlin (ABC tariff zone Potsdam–Berlin). This allows you to reach the Christmas markets at Gendarmenmarkt, Museumsinsel, Alexanderplatz and Potsdam city centre without a car.
How far is it from the hotel to Schloss Sanssouci and Potsdam city centre?
The hotel is located in Potsdam-Bornstedt at Katharinenholz: around 10 minutes to Schloss Sanssouci, about 15 minutes to the Holländisches Viertel and Potsdam Hauptbahnhof.
How long does the journey to Berlin-Mitte take?
By bus and S-Bahn or regional train from Potsdam Hauptbahnhof, you can reach Berliner Hauptbahnhof or Alexanderplatz in about 40 to 50 minutes.
Is a parking space included?
Yes, a parking space directly at the hotel is included in the price – you can leave the car behind and travel with the included ticket.
What is there to do around Potsdam in winter?
