Yes, we offer our guests free parking spaces directly at the hotel. One car parking space is available for each room.

Breakfast can be booked separately for 10 € p.p. / day and is served fresh daily in our cosy breakfast room – Mon.–Fri. from 07:00 to 10:00, Sat.–Sun. from 07:30 to 10:00.

All guests receive a free ticket upon arrival, which is valid for buses and trains in Potsdam and Berlin – allowing you to travel to all sights in a relaxed manner.

Yes, we hire out bicycles for the surrounding area. City bike 10.00 € per day, e-bike 25.00 € per day.

Yes, a modern garden sauna for 1–4 people is available in the hotel garden. You can use it privately for 15 € per hour – perfect for relaxing after a day in Potsdam.

You can reach Schloss Sanssouci in about 2.5 kilometres – ideal for a relaxed walk or a short bus ride.

Yes, we have a lockable bicycle shed as well as a lockable charging cabinet for your e-bike batteries.

Yes, the hotel has an 11 kW charging station for electric vehicles directly at the house. Charging is conveniently possible for 0.60 €/kWh; the usage is settled with the room rate after billing.

We are a cashless hotel. Payment is made conveniently by EC card, Visa or Mastercard.

Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 4 days before the arrival date. From 3 days before the arrival date until the day before arrival, we charge 90 % of the room price. In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival or a no-show, the full room price (100 %) applies. Hotdeal rates are 10 % cheaper, must be paid in full in advance and are excluded from cancellation or rebooking.

Late arrival is possible by prior arrangement. Please let us know briefly by telephone or e-mail so that we can prepare your access.

For families, we recommend the Superior Room, the Suite and the Attic Suite (approx. 70 m²). Up to two extra beds are possible in the Suite, and the Attic Suite also offers a sofa bed in the separate living area.

Yes. Two of our rooms are specially equipped to be allergy-friendly. Please let us know when making your enquiry, and we will reserve one of these rooms for you.

Yes, you will find gluten-free and lactose-free products at the breakfast buffet. For any other intolerances, please let us know in advance – we will tailor the breakfast to your needs.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all rooms and public areas. Each room also has a desk, telephone and laptop safe.

You can reach Potsdam city centre with the Brandenburger Tor and the Holländisches Viertel in around 15 minutes by bus and tram. It takes about 40 minutes to Berlin Hauptbahnhof – with the free guest ticket.
